Musettes Notes

Hi Ladies, I have been asked to arrange a schedule for cleaning after the final concert.  If everyone gets in and works it doesn't take very long to finish.  Those of us who have been in for awhile know that if not everyone helps, it can take hours and be exhausting.  Please ask the men in your life to help move platforms.  I understand that we all have different energy levels and are all tired after concert.  Please just do your personal best.  Thank you!  Iris

CLEAN UP SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY, FOLLOWING CONCERT

OUR GOAL IS TO LEAVE EVERYTHING CLEANER THAN WE FOUND IT!

Please be aware when we arrive of how the area of your responsibility looks so you can leave it better.

EVERYONE please gather your personal items as quickly as possible after the concert, and get them out to your car so people will be able to clean their assigned areas.

DRESSING ROOM # 1

            Clear everything Musettes out of the room.

            Pick up any trash.

            Make sure room is arranged as we found it.

            Piano – Return to whence it came.

            Decorations – Take down all decorations and help load them up.

            Floor – Pick up any mess we made and sweep.

            Platforms – Assist in taking out and loading in trucks

Microphones, wires, etc... – Assist Mark in any way you can.
