More info on jewelry

We are going to wear gold jewelry the first half with red and green scarves.  Then the second half we are switching to silver jewelry with the red jackets.   Thanks everyone!

Tables and mirrors

We are also going to need tables and mirrors to make a dressing room.  I have 3 long tables of my own and one body mirror.  We need at least one more long one (or a few small ones) and more mirrors.  If you have any of these things, please let me know and bring them on Thursday night to Sage Valley Middle School.  Thank you! 

Be Concert Ready! :)

  It is the week of concert and I hope you are all excited for our show!  As everyone should hopefully be aware of, we will be in our black palazzo pants and 3/4 length black shirts.  Please make sure to have your red jackets wrinkle free.  We've worked hard to have them all fitted correctly and it's up to all of you to get them stage ready. Everyone is in charge of their own so please keep track of it.   Make sure to have black nylons/knee highs to wear with your pants and have the closed toe character shoes.  As a side note (and not to embarrass anyone), please wear a supportive bra that is flattering with your black shirt. 
  As far as makeup, using a primer first will help your makeup to last longer and go on smoother.  Wear a foundation that is darker than your natural skin tone to avoid looking washed out on stage. Don't forget blush, eye liner and lips. There is makeup available for use in the dressing room and Leslie will be there to help with any concerns.  If you do your own makeup, you will need to have it checked off with Leslie.   Please don't be surprised or offended if she attacks you with bronzer.  :)  She does an amazing job and knows her stuff. 
  We don't have any specifics as far as hair..but if you need any help we all usually pitch in to help beautify each other.  It's all part of the fun of the concert.  We need to be ready by 6:30 on Thursday's dress rehearsal.   We need to be ready by 6:30 again on Friday for the concert, and by 1:30 for Saturday's concert.   This will give us time to warm our voices up.    Please be sure to arrive early if you need extra help with hair and makeup.  And please don't hesitate to ask any questions if you have them!
