Production Meeting

I hope you all had a great holiday break!  We're going to jump in head first and have a Production Meeting this week.  We will have a Production Meeting the 2nd Thursday each month.  Please pack a lunch for your little ones and have something to entertain them (movie?)  The first one is always the longest, but I promise to move it along quickly.

EVERYONE IS INVITED WHETHER YOU ARE ON A PRODUCTION COMMITTEE OR NOT!  This is the Musettes concert and I would like everyone to participate.  All committee heads are required to attend.  The committee heads are as following:  Dausha, Emily, Lorrie, Tracie, Lynette, and Gina.  I would also like Kimmy and April there also.

The concert's title is Sentimental Journey.  The story of the concert is a family on vacation driving around the US.  We will first cover the West Coast, then the South.  After intermission, we will travel to the East Coast and end with the Midwest.  I think our closing song will be I've Been Everywhere.

Come with all of your creative juices flowing!  I can't wait to hear what you have come up with!

Production Schedule

November 8th is fast approaching!  What?  You don't know what is the significance of November 8th?  Well, if you don't know, then you haven't been reading my e-mails.  Shame on you!  Who wouldn't want to read my epistles?

November 8th is the deadline I set to have all production items done.  How are you doing on meeting that date?  Does anyone need help?  We need updates from everyone  even if you have talked to me.  I would like the entire group to know what is happening.
